Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them. Please read them before buying.

About Us

All Kinds of Everything is a small, independent business based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, selling natural dog treats and pet accessories. You can contact us via our Contact Us page.

Our Products

We take care to describe all products accurately. Product images are representative; slight variations in appearance may occur as our treats are natural products. Pricing is in GBP and subject to change without notice. All dog treats are sold as treats for healthy adult dogs. If your dog has known dietary requirements or health conditions, please consult your vet before introducing new treats.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. Your order is an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to cancel any order, for example where a pricing error has occurred or a product is unavailable. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases. Payment is processed securely by Square and we accept all major debit and credit cards.

Delivery

Please see our Delivery Info page for full details of our delivery options and timescales. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, third-party couriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. In summary: most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition. Perishable items such as food treats cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
